    I had apportionment for 1245 for lashes I was there at 12:35 a waited until 1:30. The lashes lady was a NO SHOW

    Made an appointment went there at the correct time and someone met me at the door to tell me that it’s only 2 people in there so I would have to come back tomorrow.....absolutely ridiculous...why have appointment slots if you’re not gonna honor them
